Drevet

Drevet, locates in Malmö, is supported by the General Heritage Fund and provides young unaccompanied refugees, from the ages 16 to 25, with workshops in bicycle mechanics. In addition, they are given valuable knowledge which will allow them to setup their own enterprise that recycle, build, repair and sell used bicycles. The idea was developed by Drevet's manager Barry, who had close contact with such young individuals. They were removed from the labour market and eager to learn about bicycle repairs, Barry therefore saw a valuable opportunity.



Skånsk Arbetskraft

Skånsk Arbetskraft is a social enterprise founded in 2009 by a group of unemployed individuals who had a vision to provide jobseekers with more meaningful career paths. All profits are re-invested in new, exciting projects that are often developed into new activities and jobs. Skånsk Arbetskraft's aim is to offer positions that allow candidates to feel respected, be appreciated, and follow their passions. Those who reach out to Skånsk Arbetskraft for employment will grow and develop personally so they can take control of their lives and create change.



Prima Prima

Located in Sösdala and recipient of Hässleholm municipality's environmental award 2017, Prima Prima helps people getting back to work after illness or other reasons. 



Partnerjobb Syd

Partnerjobb Syd is a work integration social enterprise founded in 2012. Their goal is to offer internships, employment, and training for those currently unemployed or have taken leave of absence due to illness. Partnerjobb Syd works with installation, data/IT, crafts, garden services, removals, and PJ auction. The enterprise is constantly evolving and integrating new activities. They are located at Spångatan 3, Hässleholm.



URBI

URBI's aim is to sustain urban beekeeping and cultivation, as well as safeguarding insect diversity, which has been declining in recent years. In addition, URBI provides educational workshops on beekeeping and sustainable development for children, aged 4 to 12, and those struggling to enter the labour market. In particular, people of Somali background are offered skills and job opportunities. These two target groups, who rarely meet, work together during the workshops to foster a more inclusive society.



Creativa Gemenskapen

Creativa Gemenskapen is a work integration social enterprise that offers cleaning services, catering and support for the elderly. The enterprise also runs Café CG at Garaget where customers can enjoy hot drinks, homemade pastries, and explore the events and library in the vicinity. Creativa Gemenskapen provides job opportunities for those not yet integrated into the labour market, and works towards creating further jobs by developing the existing business or exploring new opportunities.  



Cafe´ Konsthallen

Café Konsthallen, located in Landskrona's art gallery, is a social enterprise committed to making a difference in their community. The organisation provides a context where employees work alongside jobseekers and people in need of work experience. The relief organisation Individuell Människohjälp (Individual Human Help) and other volunteers are also involved in this initiative. The concept is to help people excluded from the labour market, whilst providing customers in Landskrona with coffee and art. Further, it is a meeting place for cultural workers and regularly holds events together with the art gallery.



Regis

Regis was founded by the regional museum of Skåne and works within the areas of digital image processing, archiving, and GIS (geographical information systems). This association provides training in these areas with the hopes of integrating those disadvantaged in the labour market. Today, Regis has fifty-two employees working for over 30 different companies and around fifteen participants from different employment programmes. 



House of Beatrice

House of Beatrice is a social enterprise that creates work opportunities for people who stand outside the job market through sales of gift articles.



Canville

Canville is  a social enterprise in Osby, Skåne, which aims to create job opportunity for people who, for different reasons, stand outside the workforce. This is done by having a second hand store and a group for housing and gardening.



Hälsa med hästkraft

Hälsa med Hästkraft runs their business daily in Örkelljunga municipality. The business is aimed towards people with disabilities and has its core in participation. The focus of Hälsa med Hästkraft is on the nature and animals.



Yalla Sjöbo

Yalla Sjöbo is a non-profit organisation founded in 2016. Their goal is to create business activities which are inclusive, allow people from different backgrounds to mingle, inspire creativity, and offer employment and education. Such activities include textile crafts (syateljé), Swedish and computer literacy training, as well as catering and food courses. Together with other projects, Yalla Sjöbo helps people to integrate into the labour market. 



INitiativet Lund

INitiativet Lund is an EU-funded project operated by Coompanion. Their main goal is to generate jobs and integrate people of diverse nationalities who have been excluded from the labour market. Language courses, work experience and training workshops are provided within the areas of tailoring, furniture repairs and design. Products can be bought at workshops and Christmas markets. Orders from companies are equally welcome.



Stilla Koncernen

Stilla Koncernen is located in Malmö and the aim of this enterprise is to offer knowledge and tips related to entering the labour market. In particular, those who have been struggling with mental health conditions are offered a helping hand. In addition, members are able to increase their experience and financial standing by running cafés and similar activities. Gains from the enterprise are reinvested into the business and initiatives that will further aid those excluded from the labour market.



Yalla Sofielund

Yalla Sofielund is an ESF-funded project run by Malmö city and based on a similar concept as Yalla Trappan. Their goal is to train people who have struggled to enter the labour market and offer opportunities that can lead to more stable employment. Yalla Sofielund runs a Café, sells textile products and vintage furniture, as well as children's shoes, bags and more. Together with the municipality, state authorities and other sectors, Yalla Sofielund supports developing initiatives in the area which can lead to further job creation.
